Maharaja pre-final rulebook and production update!

Hello backers!
We are very happy to finally bring you the pre-print version of Maharaja rulebook! Next week we are going to send all assets to our partners, so they can work on the translation.
The rulebook is now complete with final graphics, symbology appendix, play examples and a full section dedicated to the Brahmabot, the special single player game mode developed by David Turczi!
In order to be on schedule, we'll need to deliver the rulebook for translation by Monday, November 2nd. We'd really like to have your feedback, so we can improve the rulebook as much as possibile; tell us what you think of it in the comment section!
And finally, a quick production update.
We recieved the final mass production samples for the plastic components! All playing pieces, Shrines, Priests, Statues and the Maharaja are engraved and recessed on both sides. We are really happy with the result!
We are also eager to get our hands on the plastic tray the manufacturer is developing for Maharaja; stay tuned for further updates!

Our graphic team is working hard on Maharaja, in order to improve the readability and the overall appeal. Here's a couple of samples! Please note that they are work-in-progress, we still have a lot of work to do:
New Character tiles - Kickstarter Exclusive tiles are now marked in red
New design for the Noble tiles!

Hello Backers!
First of all, a little update from our manufacturing partner; they just sent us some late-development prototypes for the plastic elements. Please note that they are 3D printed, not mass produced! We approved them, so they'll build the mold - a process that will take 60 days or so. We are pretty intrigued by the result!
Pledge Manager and Language selecion: the surveys are almost complete, thank you for your cooperation! In the past weeks, some backers asked about more specific language selection for countrues that have multiple official languages. For Canada, for example, is pretty easy; since Intrafin will take care of fulfillment there, official language is French. So you can freely choose between French or English.
However some countries have different languages; also, some of you are living abroad and asked for a specific language, different from the country the live in or english.
For any request regarding your copy's language, please write to [email protected] and tell us what language you'd like to have.
Shipping fees: we read that some backers are complaining for the shipping fees. First of all, please note that we kept fees for the core game exacly as we published during the campaign.
As for shipping fees for add on, we managed to keep them as low as possible, taking in consideration the current covid situation. Fees are higher than possibly expected, with unexpected surcharges and, for some countries, we couldn't lower them as much as we hoped. Particularly for the US, since we don't have a retail partner there and we completely need to fulfill the orders from here, the fees you see are the bare minimum for fulfillment, without afding the freight cost. The same goes for Asia South America.
