REPLACEMENT WAVE IN THE NEW WORLD

Dear backers,
NORTH AMERICA
Fullfilment in the US ended a couple of weeks ago.
Fullfilment in Canada is 98% complete.
We are collecting all the replacement requests, but by now we should be almost done. We will wait another 12 days and then we will send a wave with all the spare parts for North America.
For North American backers, the campaign will be closed in 10 days (in order to include eventual further replacements in the imminent wave). If you have any new unresolved issues, I invite you to contact me immediately at [email protected]
REST OF THE WORLD
As announced in the last update, the campaign is closed (on the other hand, we no received new request for some time).
The last wave (the third), which should leave the week after the last update, had some delay due to the handover and training of the new personal (in order to improve the customer service, now we have a dedicated spare parts manager: Dario). It left about 10 days later and has currently reaching the warehouses of Fulfillment Europe in Germany: they will sort the packages to individual customers and eventually provide the relative tracking.
If you have no news from your replacement, surely it is in this wave. But if you have any doubts, write me [email protected] and I will provide you precise infos.

MAHARAJA IN THE NEW WORLD!

CAMPAIGN UPDATE - MAHARAJA IN THE NEW WORLD!
Dear backers,
NORTH AMERICA
After reaching the Quartermaster Logistics warehouse, the pledges for the US and Canada were shipped throughout the week just ended and several backers received the first of them. The USA fulfillment will likely be completed by the end of the new week and we assume it will take at least 10 more days to complete fulfillment in Canada (due to the greater distances from QML's hq).
In the next 3 weeks, all replacement requests from North America will be collected, so that everything can be sent in a single wave immediatly after.
REST OF THE WORLD
Fulfillment in the rest of the world has been completed, so if you have not already done so, I warmly invite those who have not yet received their pledge to write to me.
Requests for replacement were very limited (and mainly concerning pins). In most cases we have already send them, but the latest shipments will leave the coming week.
With the exception of North American backers, the campaign (and its support) will be closed in 14 days. If you have any unresolved issues, I invite you to contact me at [email protected].

MAHARAJA ON ITS WAY

Dear backers,
Although it is only the first days of May - with the exception of USA and Canada - the fulfillment of Maharaja is already 90% complete. We are very happy that many of you have received the game and that the Maharaja is on his way on your game boards. Thanks for showering us with screenshots and game reports (and rules questions)!
But the Maharaja is also on its way in the form of US and Canadian pledges, which reached the port a few days ago and are undergoing customs clearance. These pledges will arrive probably in Quartermaster Logistic's warehouses as early as next week. We are doing everything possible to speed up the procedures and deliver the pledges to our North American backers as soon as possible.
From the feedback we are receiving, no significative issues emerged, so the number of replacements sent (which we are shipping in a timely manner) is very low. Anyway, for any missing or damaged piece, write me ([email protected]) and you will immediately receive the consequent replacement.

A very small amount of action disc wheels are slightly loose (low friction): in these cases it is sufficient to add a small shim hidden under the wheel to solve the problem, but we are available to provide support.

MYSTICAL DELIVERY

Dear Backers,
The USA & Canada pledges are in port and will soon leave for the USA, to the warehouses of Quartermaster Logistics, which will then sort them out shipping to the backers. The name of the ship is "Europe" with ETD La Spezia on April 20th and ETA Miami on May 9th (in the comments of update page you can find the link to the ship's position).
We finished assembling the European pledges this week and now they are leaving for Germany, to the warehouses of Fulfillment Europe, which will then sort them out shipping to the backers. In this wave there are also pledges for the following countries: Brazil and New Zealand.
The delivery of the Italy pledges took place this week within 2-3 days. If you haven't received your pledge in Italy yet, write me at [email protected].
In the meantime, our partners are taking care of the delivery to other countries of the world, which for example is already in progress (or completed) in France (with Intrafin) and in Australia (with Meeple AU).
Some backers asked for a reboxing video to place all the Maharaja components in the box. The insert is designed to host the base game components, all the KSE extras and some extra space have been left for any add-ons (in the comments of update page you can find the link to a video showing how to place basic components + KSE components + bags + metal coins (in addition to the basic cardboard coin set).

DEEP IN PACKAGING

Dear Backers,
As planned, we received the delivery of the last pieces of the pledges in the first days of April.
We started with USA & Canada pledges immediately after Easter gaving priority to these countries because they have the longest delivery times (sorting will take place through Quartermaster Logistics). We finished them a few days ago and we are taking care of the pick-up. We will provide you with more details as soon as we will know the name the ship name.
We have just started the rest of the world, which mainly includes Italy and Europe (sorting will take place via Fulfilment Europe, except Italian pledges sent directly with GLS) and considering the number of backers, not-Italian pledges could already leave our warehouse for FE sorting centre on April 16.
In the meantime, we have obviously given the green light to the partners for the preparation of pledges also in their respective distribution countries (Intrafin for France, Maldito for Spain, Korea BG for Korea, Ten Days for Japan, VFI Asia for rest of Asia, Meeple AU for Australia, BG Space for Persian Gulf area).
Since in the last days we have received from you reports of a couple of retail shops (MM & CSI) selling some english copies of Maharaja we intervened quickly. The US release date agreed with the local partner (Asmodee) is early June, although it was originally set for April 1st. Probably these stores missed our partner communication about the delaying of release date. Asmodee was very promptly in contacting the retails directly in order to accommodating our request and immediately block the sale. The product is no longer on sale in the two stores in question but is now only available as a pre-order (the June 2021 release date is now clearly indicated on both sites). We sincerely thank our backers for reporting us this issue.
